I also have my organisation’s Office account enabled so we can share documents etc. Project has suddenly stopped launching – it momentarily gives a splash screen but then http://replace.me/25117.txt fails to offiec. No visible error messages. Visio also forgot the activation key but this was easy to resolve. Project isn’t even letting me in to see what the problem is!

From what I have tried over the last few days, this issue has been caused by Microsoft Office confusing my Project license a key with my company’s O license which does not have Project included. Even though my Project key is valid on its own, Project is failing to launch because my O does not have Project. To make matters worse, I have tried to completely dis-associate with my company’s O and just use my Office key instead – and it refuses to do it!
