I originally purchased it for my new Desktop which has another terrible program Vista on it: as my Roxio 7 was not compatible: due to computer guy asking if I wanted it on desktop to upgrade my Roxio 7, although wanted it on my laptop: I now still have my new laptop with no Roxio on it. As a Senior who is not computer saavy, but learning, I realized a very expensive mistake. I cannot understand why if one purchases a software program and it is registered to them that they cannot use it on more than one computer anyway; and what happens if my laptop crashes, as it probably will being an older model..
